My friends are pieces of art

Some years ago I was invited to a small festival in Estonia. The only people I knew there were the organisers, who were understandably busy. So I took out my face paints, and asked a few friendly-looking people if they would like to be my canvas.

After a couple of days I had painted more than 40 faces, making friends along the way. Before long I did’t have the problem of not knowing people anymore. It rather felt like everyone knew who I was.

Since then I have been painting faces and glittering up people at several festivals, charity  events, children’s parties and company events. The beautiful people in these pictures have been my patient models for a bit more time-consuming pieces.
